Ed was a great friend that I shared great times with. After high school we were in the Army together, stationed at Fort Knox along with Mike Ceblack, Carl English, Drew Patello, Robby Hyslop. We drove back to BC on the weekends to party in his 64 silver and black Buick 225. He had a great deep singing voice that shook the car. Anyone who heard him sing "chestnuts roasting on an open fire never forgot it. I think of him often.
