Roberta Ann Empie Bronkhorst. Roberta passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tennessee. She was a native of Battle Creek. Roberta was married at one time to Andrew Childress and later to Richard Bronkhorst. Survivors included two daughters, Sandra Childress and Linda Bronkhorst; two sons, Andrew and Harry Childress; two sisters, Nancy Earl and Janet Empie; eight grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Along with her parents, Roberta was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Childress, a brother, Kenny Warble and three sisters, Joyce Westworth, Shirley Sly and Lenora Empie. No other information was found about Roberta.
