     Janet Sue Vinton Rybka

Janet passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018. She was a native of Bluffton, Indiana and a resident of Battle Creek, Michigan. She attended Battle Creek Central High School and later lived in Claremont, California and was a graduate of Claremont High School. She returned to Battle Creek and married Phillip Rybka on April 15, 1967. He preceded her in death on January 15, 2008. Janet was a homemaker most of her life. She had been previously employed by the Battle Creek Sanitarium Hospital. Janet enjoyed scrapbooking, volunteering at the St. Philip Thrift Store and serving funeral meals. She was a member of the St. Philip Martha Circle. Survivors included her daughter Victoria (Jonathan) Beckner and her son Brian Rybka. She also leaves her grandchildren Kristin Robbins, Dustin Rybka, Nicholas Robbins, Lindsay Rybka, Brittany Jenkins and Jacob Rybka and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Janet was preceded in death by her daughter Nancy Rybka on May 8, 2013. She was also preceded by her brothers Robert, Charles, Raymond, Joseph and Jerry Vinton and sisters Vivian Niccum and Oleta Martin.
