Thomas Vernon Briggs

Thomas passed away on November 24, 2021 at his home. He was a native and resident of Battle Creek, Michigan. Tom enjoyed giving to The 700 Club. Tom was an outdoorsman. He could be found hunting, fishing or camping, and, if you couldn't find him there, you could always find him and Linda at the casino. He was a quiet man who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren and enjoyed the moments that he had with them. He was the rock of the family and will forever be missed. Survivors included his wife, Linda who, sadly, passed away just 7 days after Tom; a son, Thomas Briggs Jr.; a daughter, Sherry (Rauil Sr.) Cruz; grandchildren, Rauil Cruz Jr., Marcus Cruz, Ricardo Cruz; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Linda (Douglas) Bishop and Patricia Willerick. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Briggs.
