Mike Doyle and Lyn.  Thank you for the "amazing" surprise gift today.  You two are two of the most thoughtful people I know.

See you soon.  We'll be in Fort Myers Beach, approximately the same place as 2015, 3/4-3/11. Can we get together?

Lorraine so sorry to hear of you unfortunate accident, I am glad that you were able to get help and are healing up! Best wishes for a complete healing! God Bless you and a quick word for the classmates that seem to think by their comments that there is humor in this, truly saddens me, it's NOT funny in the least!

Marti,

I’m trying to determine how you came to the conclusion that no one has used this site in 2 years. There have been many messages this year. Are you not seeing about a dozen messages in 2018? It’s always good to hear from you.

Your insight is very interesting; your perspective is always personal; and your jokes are so jovial.

I am glad the monthly luncheons are still going on at Clara's. It gives me the opportunity to get back into being in attendance.

Sure wish I could time my trips north an get to one of these events. Maybe in the spring next year I could include a BC stop. I guess I really have no excuses being retired now.

Terry, I hope you do that. We are talking about a "55" August 15-16 2020. But we try to meet once a month otherwise. It is fun.

1965: ‘(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction'

– #1: "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" by The Rolling Stones

– #2: "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)" by Four Tops

– #3: "I Got You Babe" by Sonny & Cher

In the mid-'60s, the ghost of Paul Revere turned in his grave as the British Invasion began. "Satisfaction" landed the Rolling Stones their first #1 in the U.S., making the ditty the song of the summer. Curiously, the Beatles are absent from this list entirely.

Carl,

Thanks so much for the birthday greeting more than a month ago. I guess since turning 76 that I don't get things done as quickly as I used to. The email to me with your birthday greeting was just lost in the 1276 other email messages I have in my Inbox. Perhaps I should be more organized...

I hope you're having a great summer and not experiencing some of the blazing heat.   Sincerely,   Mike

A cherished classmate of ours is experiencing the pain of realizing she may have to part with her love of 61 years due to a violent onslaught of the Parkinson's Disease from which he suffers.  Annette has been married to Michael Hack for 57 years, sharing happiness with children and grands galore, you can understand how much she needs our love and support right now. So, however you express your spirituality, please reach out today and keep Annette DeLing Hack in your thoughts.  If you pray, send up a prayer for strength and the expression of joy in the shared love of many years.  We are all connected in a very special way and she will know you are thinking of her. Absolutely no phone calls. She is not prepared for them at this time. But do express your love and support on these pages if you can.  Bearcats Forever!

Dear friends, our hearts go out to Martha and Annette during this terrible time. How can we say goodbye and let go of those that we love, except that we love them too much to let them go on existing? Of course we send our hugs full of strength and love and our prayrers daily to the God of many names, for comfort..

Carl and Marianne

Dear Annette, I lost my husband to Parkinson's in 2017. We were together for 40 years, and we spent 20 of those years navigating and working around Parkinson's. My heart goes out to you! Julie

Tomorrow I turn 78! I'm still going strong and healthy for a man my age. At least that is what my doctor says! LOL I'm still marred to the love of my life and we will be celebrating 57 years this coming April. We now have 4 Great grand Kids 2 of which we have never met,

I still do wood work in the form of build furniture for family and chip and figure carving. I won an honorable mention in an international computation for a Chair that I did extensive chip carving on. Considering the compotation I feel very honored with the award. And the comments made by the people that viewed it were very nice to hear
