      David Mark Campbell

David passed away on February 21, 2024 in Battle Creek, Michigan where he was a resident. After high school, Dave worked and retired from the Clark Equipment Company. He later owned and operated The Elbow Bender Lounge and most recently Images of Nature Taxidermy. He studied and earned his State and Federal license in Taxidermy through the Michigan State University Extension. Dave was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and trips to the Canadian Wilderness. Above everything else however, Dave was a devoted family man who loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. They truly were the light of his life and he cherished the moments he spent with them. Survivors included David’s wife, Carol Campbell; children, Amy (Rocco) Goff, Mark Campbell, Matthew Warner; siblings, William Campbell, Sherry (Don) Taylor; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Julia Belk and son, James Dobbertin.

Have pleasant memories of Dave in high school.  Enjoyed the Elbow Bender in the Post addition down the street from Postemville Pub.  Rest In Peace David.🙏

Sorry to hear about Dave, he was one of the true kind souls in school that I had the pleasure of knowing. Dave and I fished and canoed together at different times as we were able. He always had that great smile. Will miss you my friend. Pray for the family.
