Donald Card

Donald H. Card.  Donald passed away on September 5, 2007 at his home in Battle Creek. He was a native of Battle Creek.  Donald served his country in the Vietnam War as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 until 1970. He was employed at Michigan Paperboard, where he had worked for 42 years. From 1970 to 1979 he was married to Deborah (Jessup) Card. Survivors included three sons: Richard (Shelly) Card, Second Class Petty Officer Michael Card, U.S. Navy and Mark Card; sister: Eldene "Ellie" (Ron) Callaway; two brothers: a twin, Ronald and Lonnie (Charlie); several nieces and nephews. Don spent his leisure time between his home in Battle Creek and his residence at Turtle Creek. He also enjoyed baking for his family and friends.
