John Daniel Husted

John passed away in Interlochen, MI on January 31, 2017. John attended and graduated Central Michigan University in 1970, then served in the army in 1970 – 71 during the Vietnam war. After serving our country, he went back to college and, in 1974, went on to work for the Veterans Administration as a benefits coordinator. John was musically talented and enjoyed studying human and animal behavior. After retirement in 2001, John moved to Interlochen to help take care of his father and brother, William.  Survivors included his brother William (who passed away in September 2017) and numerous extended family members. In addition to his parents, John was predeceased by his sister, Marilyn Husted.

I am sorry for Johns loss and thank him for his service in the military. It seemed he had alot of things to accomplish yet to have passed so early in life. Prayers to his family.
