Duane Lee Walters, Jr.  Duane passed away on July 01, 2008 at Covenant Hospital in Lubbock, TX. He was a native of Hastings, MI and a resident of Battle Creek.  Duane was employed for 30 years at Post Cereals in Battle Creek until retiring in 2002. He was previously employed at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. Survivors included his wife of 42 years Carol Lee (Toner) Walters; mother Gladys Mae (Walker) Walters; sons: Duane Lee III and David Lee; brother William David (Mil'ann) Walters; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  Duane was the founding member of the Battle Creek Area Bass Casters Assoc. He enjoyed working, fishing and making fishing rods.
